These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Aans Fabrics & Tailors Ltd website and all tailoring,
alteration, and fabric services we provide. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our
services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Our services
Aans Fabrics & Tailors Ltd provides:
● Ladies’ and gentlemen’s tailoring
● Garment alterations
● Fabric sales
● Stitching and finishing services
All work is carried out using the measurements, instructions, and garments provided by the customer.
Minor variations may occur due to the nature of tailoring and fabric behaviour.
Customers must wash unstitched garments before bringing them to us. We do not provide washing
services.

2. Orders and measurements
● Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and attending fittings when
requested.
● Measurements taken by our staff will be used unless agreed otherwise.
● We are not responsible for issues caused by:

– Incorrect information supplied by the customer
– Changes in body size after measurements

● If incorrect measurements are supplied, any correction work will incur extra charges.
Garments not collected within 3 months of completion may be disposed of.

3. Pricing and payments
● Prices are confirmed before work begins
● All prices are in GBP (£)
● Payment is required in advance for stitching
● Garments will not be released until full payment is received
● Urgent orders cost extra
● Dupatta piping, pico, buttons, and zip fitting are charged separately
Confirmed prices will not change once an order is accepted.

4. Cancellations and refunds
Because tailoring and alterations are custom services:
● Orders cannot be cancelled once work begins
● Payments are non-refundable once work starts
If you believe there is a fault, notify us within a reasonable time after collection. We may offer adjustments
if the issue is due to our workmanship.

5. Turnaround times
Completion times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to workload, fabric behaviour, or garment
complexity. We are not liable for losses caused by delays.

6. Collection of garments
Garments should be collected promptly after completion. We will attempt to contact you before disposing
of uncollected items. Items left longer than 3 months may be discarded.

7. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
● We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
● We are not responsible for missed events or income loss
● Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service

8. Website use
Website content is provided for general information. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee it is
always up to date. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

9. Intellectual property
All text, images, logos, and branding belong to Aans Fabrics & Tailors Ltd and may not be copied or
used without written permission.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes fall under the exclusive
jurisdiction of its courts.
